NEWBUILD SUPERVISION / MANAGEMENT

Our expertise covers a wide range of new builds ranging from vessels such as Tugs, Crew Boats, Ice Breaking Supply Vessels and Barges and we have to date managed over 25 new builds for clients worldwide.
We provide everything from advising on the initial design specifications, budget development through to shipyard contract negotiations and full build supervision and trials. Liaising with Classification societies such as BV, DNV, Rina and RMRS is a specialism of ours. No project is too small or large and we thrive on the challenges new build projects brings.

We have over the last 40+ years been involved in a large number of vessel conversions examples being PSV conversion to ERRV, Fire Fighting vessel to ERRV including helideck installation, Barge conversion to Liquid Mud Cuttings transportation, Installation of Karm Fork system on AHTS. Our expertise covers a wide range or vessels types where we have carried out major upgrades to vessels such as Tugs, Crew Boats, Accommodation Vessels, Survey Vessels and Barges and we have managed many of these for clients worldwide.
